Stolen in a Glance

Meta Glasses: An Existential Threat

Confidential screen data can now be stolen instantly. Silently, discreetly and without anyone being aware.

Miniature AI enabled cameras in regular glasses permit instantaneous recording of anything the wearer can see.

Employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors can now enter the workplace wearing ordinary-looking AI glasses and capture everything they see.

Perfectly stealth. No phone raised. No suspicious behavior.

A single glance becomes a permanent digital record, instantly.

Drones: Powerful, Inexpensive an Unmitigated Risk

Drone surveillance is no longer limited to governments, intelligence agencies, or sophisticated security operations. High-resolution drones are now inexpensive, easy to obtain, and capable of observing office interiors from significant distances. Sensitive information displayed on large monitors, desktop screens, and laptops in exterior-facing offices, conference rooms, and boardrooms can potentially be captured through glass without the operator ever entering the building or attracting attention inside.

We are seeing a growing number of building-envelope installations specifically designed to address this risk. By protecting the glass itself, we can help shield both large displays and laptop screens from exterior visual surveillance, adding a layer of protection against drones, neighboring buildings, and other long-range viewing threats.

Neighboring Buildings

Long-lens surveillance aimed toward a neighboring office building

A distant building with a clear line of sight can become an undetectable surveillance platform. Today’s long-range optics, telescopes, and high-resolution cameras are inexpensive, widely available, and capable of capturing sensitive screen content from far beyond your property—even in broad daylight. An observer in another office, apartment, rooftop, or tower can potentially watch or record monitors, laptops, and presentations without ever approaching your building or triggering a security response.

This is no longer a theoretical vulnerability. If a screen can be seen through the glass, it can potentially be captured, recorded, and removed from your control. In dense urban environments, every exposed window can become a point of visual data theft.

Q Film Plus

A Physical Barrier Against Visual Data Theft

Q Film Plus is a shield against eyes and technology. Maintains a clear open view while stopping today’s technology enabled surveillance threats. Prevent viewing/recording of screen contents from being visible through glass, Q Film Plus protects your sensitive information at the source—whether it is displayed on a large monitor, desktop screen, or laptop.

Let us help you to identify vulnerable sightlines, determine where sensitive information is exposed, and deploy proven protection. From general offices, individual conference rooms to large-scale building-envelope installations, Q Film Plus provides a practical defense against visual data theft without sacrificing the open, glass-driven design of the workplace.

Inside the room, the screen works normally. Through the protected glass, the content disappears. The glass stays clear.

Straight answers

Which screens does it protect?
QFilm Plus is effective on many displays, including both LCD and LED screens. Compatibility varies by display, which is why we offer a free sample to test with your own screens.
Does the glass stay clear?
Yes. You can still see the room, daylight, and everything through the glass. What is blocked is the screen content.
Will installation disrupt the workday?
Installation is scheduled around your working day and designed to minimize disruption to normal operations.
What doesn’t it do?
It doesn’t stop someone inside the room from seeing a screen. It protects what can be seen through the glass.
